25 二月, 2009你了解愛這一類的東西嗎？你了解憤怒、你了解羡慕、你了解嫉妒、你了解憎恨。你了解愛這一類的東西嗎？也許我們會說我們了解。有時候我們會愛。也許我們會說我們恨、我們也愛。但是你知道嗎……？能夠有會 恨也會愛的心嗎？那和說人有時候會活，而有時候會死一樣。我們無法相信這種事，因為人可以是活的，或者可以是死的。這兩件事無法同時發生。人不可能有時候 活、有時候死；那是不可能的。心不是只知道恨，就是只知道愛。在這兩者之間是沒有妥協的。在一顆有愛的心當中，是不可能有憎恨的。
有一個叫拉比亞的女托缽僧。在她所使用的聖書中刪去了一行字，她劃掉了其中的一行。沒有人會把聖書中的字劃掉，因為在聖書裡還有什麼能被改進的呢？ 另外一個托缽僧來找拉比亞。他讀了這本書，然後說：「拉比亞，有人毀了你的聖書！它已經變得不神聖了，在上面有一行被劃掉了。是誰把它劃掉的？」拉比亞說：「是我。」這個托缽僧非常震驚。他說：「為什麼你要劃掉這一行？」這一行是：「要憎恨惡魔。」 拉比亞說：「我很為難。當神的愛在我身上昇起的那一天起，在我身上的恨就消失 了，即使我想恨我也無法恨。即使惡魔來到我面前，我也只能夠愛他。我沒有別的選擇，因為在我能夠恨之前，我需要有恨在我身上。在我能夠恨之前，我必須在我 的心中有恨。否則，我要從哪裡得到恨、而我又要如何去恨呢？」 愛與恨不可能共存於同一顆心裡面。這兩件事情就像生與死一樣地相反；它們無法存在於同一顆心裡面。那麼你們稱為愛的那個東西是什麼呢？
當恨比較少的時候，我們就稱它為愛；當恨比較多的時候，我們就稱它為恨。它們 是較少的、或較多比率的恨。在其中一點也沒有愛。會產生這種錯誤是因為程度的關係。因為程度的關係，你也許會把冷與熱誤認為兩種不同的東西。它們並不是不 一樣的東西。熱與冷是同一件事情的不同程度。如果熱的比率變少，那麼有的東西就開始覺得冷。如果熱的比率變多，那麼同樣的東西就開始覺得熱。冷是熱的另一 種形式。它們似乎是相反的、不同的、彼此敵對的，但是它們並非如此。它們是同一件事情的濃縮或鬆散的形式。我們也以同樣的方式來了解恨。我們將比較不濃縮 的恨視為愛，而把最濃縮的恨視為恨--但是愛絕對不是恨的一種形式。愛與恨是全然不同的東西。愛與恨是沒有關係的。
我們的心弦是完全鬆弛的。愛的音樂不會從那些鬆弛的弦當中產生--喜樂的音樂也不會。

- 過分的憂傷和恐懼，及空虛。
- 快樂程度的下降，失去以往對於生活的愉悅感和興趣。
- 胃口和體重的下降或上升。
- 長時間的失眠及淺睡眠。
- 活動頻率的降低，變得焦躁不安，運動速度減緩。
- 身體及精神上易累。
- 經常感到罪惡、無助、沒有希望、焦躁、恐懼。
- 自信心下降。
- 決策能力、注意力、認知能力的下降。
- 記憶力、學習能力的下降。
- 一些重要的平時行為的變化，例如社交能力、脾氣、對藥物的依賴性等。
- 有自殘、自殺等傾向。

痛苦與險境
8 元月, 2008我向來對被視為負面的痛苦有相當高的評價，我厭惡功利般那樣僅追求最大快樂值的價值觀....
我認為痛苦具有積極的意義，因為痛苦使得人們更有智慧及力量。
很好的MV,原來用孩子來形容那種沉迷, 是那麼真實和貼切的。

30 十二月, 2007這是The Verve的Sonnet，是我心中的經典，The Verve真的很有Heart，有時候我還會認為是UK裡最好的樂隊。
Nick Mccabe的結他就像一隻豹不停地吼著，永遠是令人難忘，97年最後一張大碟Urban Hymns也不知陪伴我渡過多少失意的日子。
最近聽說他們又捲土重來了，真的好期待。
